Who you are contracting with

VALUATIO is operated by Almaz Abdullayeva, who is the party you are contracting with. The service is built and the credential is signed by Asgar Aslanli, who is not the contracting party; the About page explains the split. A postal address for the operator is available on request from support@valuatio.co. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record, Paddle is the seller on your invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and its name appears on your statement. Questions about the service go to support@valuatio.co; Paddle handles billing disputes and tax documentation.

This is not investment advice

VALUATIO is an analysis tool. It performs arithmetic on assumptions you choose and data filed with regulators. It does not recommend any security, does not know your circumstances, and is not a financial adviser, broker or research provider. Every output is the consequence of its inputs, and the inputs are yours. Nothing produced by this service (including any text generated by the AI thesis feature) is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours, including keeping your password to yourself.
Accounts created with Google are bound to a verified Google email address; we do not accept unverified ones.
We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service, resell access, or scrape data at scale.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any tax Paddle is required to add for your location.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off on the day you cancel.
The assessment track is a one-time purchase and is not part of a subscription. It remains yours if your subscription lapses.
If a price changes, existing subscribers are told by email before it applies to them, and may cancel before it does.

Your data and your models

Models you build are yours. We store them so the product can do its job (sync, version, share and monitor them) and we do not sell them, publish them, or use their contents to train anything. A share link makes one version readable by anyone holding the link; that is its purpose, and you control when it is created and revoked. See the Privacy page for what is stored and for how long.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or the entitlement checks.
Do not use the service to process personal data of others, or anything you are not entitled to hold.
Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the service itself. White-label export puts your name on a document you produced; it does not make the product yours to sell.
Automated access outside the interface (scraping, bulk export, hammering the API) is not permitted without written agreement.

Availability

VALUATIO is provided as-is and without an uptime guarantee. It depends on third parties (SEC EDGAR, market-data vendors, Cloudflare, and an AI provider) any of which can be slow, wrong or unavailable. The Thesis Monitor runs on a schedule and is best-effort: a missed run, a delayed alert or an upstream outage is possible, and no alert should be treated as a guarantee that nothing else happened.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of anything the service produced. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@valuatio.co; we delete your models and personal data as described in the Privacy page. We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately if the account is being used to harm the service or other users, and will refund any unused paid period in that case unless the cause was your breach.

Changes

These terms change when the product does. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least fourteen days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. The version in force is always the one published here.
